You’ll receive basic guidance to get started, and Showit’s support team is excellent for platform-specific questions. Ongoing design help or strategy support can be booked separately.
What if there are additional changes I want to make after hand-off?
All deposits are non-refundable. Full cancellation and refund terms are outlined in the project agreement, which every client receives prior to kickoff.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each project includes one round of revisions at the homepage stage and one round at the final review stage. Revision requests are reviewed together as a single round, so I recommend consolidating all feedback before submitting. Additional revisions beyond what is included are available at an hourly rate.
What is your revisions policy?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project start date. The remaining balance is due before your site is installed and handed off. All payments are due in full prior to launch.
What is your payment structure?

How do I get started?
I design exclusively on Showit. It's my platform of choice for a reason — it offers unmatched design flexibility and produces beautiful, fully custom results that other platforms simply can't replicate.
Do you work on all website platforms?
It's a full brand package that includes professional website copy, three logo concepts, font selection, a color palette, a branding kit document, social media templates, and email templates.
What is the branding & copywriting add on?
I'll need your branding assets (logo, fonts, colors), website copy, and all photo and video assets you'd like to use. All clients are expected to provide their own photo and video content. If you need help with branding or copy, my Branding & Copywriting add-on covers this.
