1. Changes to These Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 10 days prior to implementing the change. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.

2. Changes to the Services
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or modify the Services, and any content or materials we provide through the Services, in our sole discretion without notice. We may discontinue some or all of the Services at any time. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period. We may update content on the Website from time to time, but such content may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

3. Digital Products & Template Purchases
Web design templates sold on this site are digital products delivered via Shopify. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
Templates are licensed for personal or commercial use by the purchaser only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the templates or their contents with any third party.
You may not use our templates to create a competing product or template shop.
We make no guarantees that templates will be compatible with all platforms, browsers, or third-party tools.
Unauthorized use, redistribution, or reproduction of our templates constitutes theft, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

4. Custom Web Design Services & Payments
For custom web design projects invoiced via Stripe, the following terms apply:

Payment Authorization
By agreeing to a project proposal or invoice, you authorize Caroline C Wilder to charge your payment method for all fees and charges due. You agree that we are authorized to share payment information with our third-party payment processors (including Stripe) as necessary to complete transactions.

Payment Plans
If you elect for a payment plan, you authorize Caroline C Wilder to charge your credit or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in your invoice or proposal. You understand and agree that:
You are fully liable for all payments agreed upon at the time of purchase, regardless of whether you continue using the deliverables.
If a payment method on file is declined, you must provide an updated payment method promptly or your project may be paused.
We will make reasonable attempts to contact you via email before suspending work or escalating non-payment.
You are required to complete all remaining payments of your agreed payment plan.

Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry your payment method up to four (4) times. If payment is still not received, we reserve the right to pause or terminate project work and pursue collection of all outstanding amounts owed. Caroline C Wilder is not responsible for overdraft fees or any other financial setbacks caused by your inability to pay on time.

Refunds — Custom Services
Due to the time and effort invested in custom web design projects, all deposits are non-refundable. Refunds on project payments beyond the deposit are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project. If you have questions, please contact us at hello@carolinecwilder.com.

5. No Refunds — Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of web design templates and other digital downloads are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions. If you have questions prior to purchasing, please contact us at hello@carolinecwilder.com before completing your purchase.

6. Results Disclaimer
Our website, templates, and services are intended to support and enhance your online presence. However, individual results will vary. We make no guarantees of any kind regarding business outcomes, conversions, revenue, or any other specific result arising from the use of our Services, templates, or custom design work.
